At KNorris & Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.

You may remove the product from its packaging unless the packaging is sealed and meant to remain unopened.

Items must be mailed back within 14 days of the date you notify us of your intent to return.
Non-returnable items may include custom orders, personalized pieces, opened fragrances, or items that cannot be resold for hygiene/safety reasons. (If you'd like, I can add a detailed list.)
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return

Wait for confirmation and return instructions
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days after notifying us.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return postage is typically up to $10.00, depending on package weight and carrier rates.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of your return package
Please note:
Shipping fees from the original order are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
