Thank you for shopping with KNorris & Co. Each item is handmade with care, and we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your purchases across our website and third-party marketplaces.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Handmade Resin Items: 1-7 business days, depending on the item

  • Hand-Poured Candles & Wax Products: 5-7 business days

  • Large or Custom Orders: May require additional processing time

High-volume seasons (holidays, sales, summer craft fair season) may slightly extend these times.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and size of your order

  • Destination address

  • Carrier rates (USPS, UPS, or others)

You will see the final shipping cost before completing payment.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship primarily through:

  • USPS First Class Mail: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship the order once the customer pays the new postage fee.

  • Refunds are not issued for returned packages unless the item is resellable and arrives in original condition.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is accepted by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

KNorris & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Misdelivered or stolen items

However, we will gladly assist you with filing a claim and locating your package whenever possible.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery

  2. Include photos of the packaging and item

  3. Provide your order number

We will replace or refund the item depending on the situation.


9. Local Pickup (Optional)

We do offer free local pickup in a public area in Huntington, WV.  This service is only available for orders of $25 or more.
